Just had Greg, the owner, complete a service call on my Sears lawn tractor. What a pleasure to deal with him. The service call was done promptly, he asked me to drive the tractor when he had finished to make sure I was satisfied and the price was very reasonable. I have used Sears home service for years to repair my tractors and will not be going back. Greg is an experienced technician who is very friendly and knowledgeable. Greg and his son, Kenny, came right to my door and serviced my Husky riding mower. I'm embarassed to say it was in sad shape.It now runs like brand new. They put new blades on, new filters, oil change, checked all belts and fluids, fixed the head ligh,fixed my muffler pipe and cleaned the whole mower inside and out all in about one hour. They were friendly, courteous, efficient, and reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier.I will definitely recommend them!!!
Great experience with Greg (Owner & service). Transmission belt (John Deere mower) needed to be repaired/replaced, 2 weeks min at other shops, plus they were Unable to fix belt in my driveway. 😱 I Had bring it in or wait till Tues for a $79 pick up. Then wait 5-10 days to fix! Called Greg Fruday morning, he offered to come out to Pittstown next day 11-12! Arrived on time in truck. Hoist, generator & all parts in his truck (not trailer). Lawn tractor took a crap and I couldn't get it running. I had 3 other pieces of equipment that hadn't run in years. This guy made everything run like new and made everything look almost new. Great job!
Riding mower need blades sharpened fast because my grass was long. I could t get the blades off and spent more money on tools that it did to have Mower tech come out and do it for me. Called Greg on Friday during the busiest time of the year (end of April) and he came on Sunday morning. Super nice, my blades (never sharpened in 8 years now look new, inflated my tires and checked the oil for free! Greg did a great job on our Cub Cadet tractor today. The convenience of having someone come to the house to service and repair and for cheaper than we paid before is great. We used to pay for a company to pick up our tractor and take it back to their shop. Greg does everything right at the house and cleaned up too. Will definitely use from now on.
Greg's service is just awesome. I did a bit of shopping around before I selected Greg's service. He was reasonably priced and had great reviews. When he came around, he spent more than a couple of hours working on my Troy Bilt rider mower. He not only did the annual maintenance, sharpened blades etc, he also fixed an issue with the alignment in the annual maintenance cost. Greg came out to my place near West Chester and got my John Deere tractor running and working great. Got the fuel filter and some hosing changed and fixed a flat rear tire. It's running and cutting great now. He also looked at my chainsaw and took it apart and showed me how to change the blade, all at no charge. I would highly recommend Greg to anyone.
Convenience is important to me. I used to hate to borrow a pickup truck to take my lawn mowers to the service place or pay for pick up of my lawn mowers. No more of that! Greg will come to my house to service my lawn mowers. Genius! I would recommend Greg to anybody that needs work done on their lawn mowers. Give Greg a call. You will not be disappointed!
