The same man owns McCabe Outdoor Power, but supposedly works another job and is only there on the weekends. Somehow I spoke to Brian last week, this week I am not allowed to. He has had my money for 10 days, but no parts yet. No response on emails, no response on phone calls. I spoke to Matt at the brick and mortar store, and the poor guy wants to help you can tell, but he isn't allowed to. Will not answer telephone or respond to email. Sent wrong part to me. Only wanted to exchange part, but business refuses to answer in any way. I have made repeated attempts over a two week period. 

Business response:

It's possible the emails were sent to a spam folder. Made contact with the customer to see what part he needs to exchange.

I risked the reviews to order from them since they were the only place I could find that could even order the part I needed. While it did take a while due to Husqvarna having the part backordered, Brian assured me that they had made changes to address the issues here and was responsive to my e-mails. He let me know when he was told it would be shipped and it arrived in my mailbox two days later. They may still have some work to do but are definitely on the right track. Do not do business here. If it's not a scam, then it's just a really shitty company with no regard to it's customers. Ordered my parts last Sunday, and can not get a hold of anyone to figure out where my order is. No one answers the phone, no voicemail, no response to e-mails. CROOKS ���

Part shipped to the billing address rather than shipping address. Part was poking out of the box when it arrived (i.e. poor packing). Email address and phone number on the website were not active. So I was not able to contact anyone to resolve the issue. Disappointed that a tracking number was not provided.
