Had good experiences with these folks before. However, I called up asking some questions about a problem I'm having directly after their winter service and was talked down to big time, for no reason at all. I wasn't being accusatory or angry or anything? I wish people would have a bit more patience, especially with customers who aren't being unreasonable or angry. Unfortunately I won't be going back.
Thanks for the great service getting our new chainsaw on monday. We appreciate you all! From equipment to parts and service, you guys rock. Shop local everyone....
