Mobrays in **********. ****** and a crew of 5 or 6 others took down our giant redwood and trimmed our 100 year blue oak tree. They did an amazing job. They were contracted by SMUD due to danger to the power lines in our backyard so no cost to us. They removed all branches (chipped/shredded) and pieces smaller than 12 inches in girth. SO Disrespectful. They used my yard without permission to chop down the next door pine tree, didn't bother to tell me they damaged and broke some of my pavers and refused to respond to my request to replace them. Not to mention that the so called clean up was half-assed. And has not returned any call or text on this matter.
Mowbray's Tree Service is contracted through SMUD in Sacramento. They cut several of my trees near the power lines but deliberately cut 2 of my Valley Oak trees too far back. One tree they removed half of it. I got a professional opinion from a certified arborist. They removed too much on both of my Valley Oak trees and they will probably die. I'm livid and want to warn people not to let them on your property. I was told if I want a professional tree trim, I need to hire someone myself. SMUD and Mowbray's Tree Service deserv... read more

They were hired by southern California Edison to trim trees near power polls. The main person shows up at my house at 6:58am on a weekday and fired up there chainsaws at 7:15am against the noise law! Did a good job bit need to be more considerate to people who work 48hrs a week and works nights!
