Owner is a complete fool. Manager is not at all better. Place went down hill big-time because of the unprofessional ways they treat people and always doing people wrong
We have purchased two items from Mowbility after we moved to Ankeny in 2023. First a lawnmower and now a hot tub! We couldn’t be happier with the wonderful service and friendly employees. We didn’t even shop any other hot tub dealership…we knew we would be treated fairly and they would be there if we needed any service.
