@shawna s. Omg! Any way you can explain what happened? Or why they were rude? Because I'm a regular and I've never had any issues. The manager is always nice and she always starts conversations, she's also always remembered my order and name. Any regular can testify that she's very welcoming. I've never had any issues. I'm wondering if the movita you're referring to is at a different location?
