I had an appointment booked to look at one bedroom apt, which was confirmed, when i arrived, I was left standing in the rain for over 45 mins, i then left text letting them know i was waiting they responded with the agent was unable to make the appointment. I call them back and left a voice mail, nobody responded. I waited a day and call the office back, no one answered again, i kept calling to try and reach some one, when they finally answered, they put the phone up tothe tv on high volume. Very professional.
