Very rude employees use to be a great place mtc you lost a customer and then i try to tell them headquarters about it and they never responded

I have been looking for two older movies that I could find anywhere. Plus, they would have to shipped to my apt. I did find them both at this location and the cost of both of them there would have the cost of one them new. Thanks for having them.

Good size store and selection of Retro games but the prices fluctuation wildly from real would prices on the oldest or best stuff. Atari 2600 from 99 cent to $5 for the exact same games. Gameboy Color Bundles with 4 games $49.99? No sense in arguing prices with a few people in gaming department. The will offer to pay you dirt cheap for stuff and then mark it up 8X what you could get on eBay. Occasionally some very nice items are under valued too. Sort of a pot luck.

I had an excellent experience trading a large amount of DVDs, Blu Rays and some retro video games and consoles in on Saturday. It took quite awhile for Mike at the trade in counter to go through everything and Patricia came over to help but they were both extremely courteous, helpful and patient. Then Patricia helped me find the exact model of Playstation 3 I was looking for and the rare hard to find Dreamcast memory cards and rumble packs as well as calling another store to have them hold a couple more memory cards for me. ... read more
