After only 1 class I knew that I needed more of this in my life. This is what I have been looking for and is so different than anything else out there. Mobility, strength, gymnastics, functionality and a whole lot of fun! I love this community and class and encourage EVERYONE to take advantage of the fact that the first class is free!!
