I had MSS pack a job in Florida (large job). Some items still damaged due to packing not done correctly. When I reached out to MSS they took no responsibility. They advised if they didn’t uncrate then they did nothing wrong. I sent a few emails after and not even an reply back. My bill was over 6K and they took the payment and did not care about the quality of work done. With that said I do not recommend them and will not hire them again. Bad service and exceptionally even worse customer service.

We will NEVER use MSS to service our grandfather clock again!!! Our clock worked fine before MSS disassembled/reassembled it during a short 4 mile move. Unfortunately, after the first time we tried to rewind the clock, one of the wires immediately dislocated from the pulley and yanked the wire downward smacking against the clock body. RecommendedMSS helped me move a bulky piece of packaging equipment from Brookln, NY to Chicago, IL. The machine required a custom built pallet to secure the machine during shipping. Expertly done, on time, within budget, MSS provided stellar service, responsiveness to our needs and excellent advice to help us safely move our machine half way across the country. Kudos to PA and IL teams that helped get the machine on and off the dedicated truck.
We were quite satisfied with MSS in their ability to communicate and schedule their technicians. The crates were assembled well and appeared to fit our marble table and buffet tops well. Their technicians were personable, punctual and careful with our possessions and home surrounding areas. Where they fell extremely short is handling an issue they created.
