I first went to the owner of Movement Miracles by Appointment, Estie Golan, for relief of numbness and tingling in my hands. I had numbness and tingling in my hands, and trigger finger in both thumbs and in the little finger of my left hand. I went through Kaiser and had good results with cortisone shots and physical therapy, but my symptoms kept coming back.
