My experience at the Movement Laboratory has been AMAZING! I've had several issues developing in my upper and lower back and Dr. Keefe took time to understand my symptoms and really pinpoint my lower back issues. Between the stretches, adjustments and the acupuncture even after one session I left feeling much better! I highly recommend Movement Laboratory for anyone seeking help to get their body in better motion.
I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years along with my wife and kids. He is extremely thorough and attentive. 10/10 and have referred numerous friends and colleagues. I really like how they address skeletal and muscular issues and provide instructions on preventative measures and exercises.
Dr. John always provides excellent therapy and training and rehabilitation guidance. He takes time to make sure that adjustments are effective and lasting. Visits are longer and more thorough, and the results are noticeable. I would recommend his expertise, whether training in a physically taxing sport like running or jiu jitsu, or dealing with office related desk injuries!
