My appt to get one birth control shot took over an hour and it shouldn’t take more than 15 mins if that. This was my second time at this location. They called me in the back to the room only for me to sit in there for an hour because all the nurses had went to lunch at the same time and the doctor act like she couldn’t do the shot for me. I had my kids with me too since it was a teacher work day so that made it even worst, no convenience or compassion for their patients whatsoever. Getting someone on the phone and getting a call back from the doctor you were referred to has taken several days. Movement keeps saying the referral was sent.
