Such a welcoming environment! I’d never been to barre before and now after going a few times I’m obsessed. Kristen was so informative about my core separation from my previous pregnancy, and overall provided a fun and exciting yet challenging and accommodating class! Highly recommend.
I love all the classes and instructors here. Really nice to have downtown and the owner is very sweet. Highly recommend!
