Such a welcoming environment! I’d never been to barre before and now after going a few times I’m obsessed. Kristen was so informative about my core separation from my previous pregnancy, and overall provided a fun and exciting yet challenging and accommodating class! Highly recommend.
I love all the classes and instructors here. Really nice to have downtown and the owner is very sweet. Highly recommend!

The baby barre classes are my favourite! Kristen has created such a great space for Moms & babes to get together for a work out. Would recommend to all!!
Such a great studio! We started the mum and baby barre classes. Great work out and so convenient to bring bub. Everyone is lovely and supportive and Kristin the instructor is fab. She will come around and help out if you have a fussy one. You can feed and change them as needed. The whole class just had such a nice vibe to it! Highly recommend for those mamas hussy needing to get outta the house and get moving. There have been 5week old to 6 year olds!
