Move Your Body is such a fun place to be. Not only are you getting an awesome workout, there are a variety of fun programs to chose from (you don’t get bored 😀) and a time frame that works around your schedule. The instructors are friendly, knowlegable and encourging to their clients, plus we all laugh and work together! Absoulety love it!

Mary Rider is truly an AMAZING instructor! So motivational!
The classes are great but would like to see more classes with Brie.
Instructors are awesome with a great sound system! The routines are hip while getting an awesome work-out. I like the studio with wooden floor and long mirror to fixate on technique and style. The price is decent and I like not signing a contract. The atmosphere is open to new people. Come work out and have fun all in one. I especially love the Zumba classes as they are an awesome cardio class!
