I was there for like three months and totally loved it. Even though I was in a big group, every class felt super personalized. Sadly, I couldn't keep going, but I'd definitely recommend it 10/10.

More women just like me need to know that Move with Matt is absolutely a welcoming space for strength training! I dragged my feet at booking a session as I've been burnt by more mainstream gyms over the years. And now, after 4 weeks of a weekly session with Sergio (and Matt!) I feel stronger, more confident and really happy that I have their support. Seriously. Just do it. (Your bone health will thank you! And also your brain, because of post-workout vibes!)

Matt and Sergio are the most positive and supportive personal trainers you could ask for. Matt has fostered an incredibly supportive and wholesome gym environment where everyone is there to encourage and support you no matter your fitness level. Highly recommend Move With Matt whether you've never done any exercise before or if even if you're just trying to get back into it. Absolute legends!

Just started with MWM and normally I don’t enjoy exercise but loving it. Matt and Sergio are so helpful and encouraging. The vibe is really friendly and fun, would recommend to anyone looking for a place to get fitter and stronger with a great bunch of people.
