Do not use this company. Attached the legs on our Grand Piano incorrectly and have been dragging their feet getting them back out. Will put a stop on payment if they don't come out to fix it asap. Terrible.

I had an appointment that they never showed up for. I called and confirmed my appointment the morning of and they never showed up. I called them multiple times over the course of the day without one single response. Don't use them if you actually need work done.
They kept canceling on us after we had rearranged our schedule multiple times. Very unprofessional. Terrible communication. I'm glad I got so fed up with them that I hired a different company, I hate to think how they would have treated my piano if I had actually let them move it.

I I had a wonderful experience the were here on time. And very profesional,they Moved my baby grand piano with out a scratch. You guys are awesome.I hope y'all liked your tip.

Think twice before calling in this company to move a piano you care about. They didn't call or show up for 1st app. and 2nd app. They damaged my piano. I was given their word they would fix it and stupidly paid them. Now I have to call and fight with them to get anyone out here. What a hassle and waste of my time and energy. If you say you will fix your mistake...keep your word. Not trustworthy, or honest.
