worked with cody for over a year now, handling rehab on a couple different injuries, always willing to make the hour drive every time because of how dedicated he is to making sure I am progressing properly and feeling good while doing so. Not only that but he wants you to be comfortable and will check in on how things are going outside of what may have caused the injury (sports for me) to create a strong and effective working environment
Move Strong PT, specifically Andrew, is the best! He helped me recover after a hernia surgery and then broadened the scope of my exercises to deal with other unrelated pain I was experiencing at the time. His constant positive attitude was contagious, and I found myself always looking forward to my next appointment.
Highly recommended! A great place for physical therapy and exercise! I did physical therapy with Erin, and she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Thanks to her guidance and support, I saw real improvement and felt more confident after my recovery. Couldn’t ask for better care!

I am a collegiate pitcher and came to Andrew and Move Strong this summer with a shoulder injury that had been reoccurring on and off for nearly a year and a half. Just from the first visit, he was able to identify my movement deficiencies and created a notable difference through treatment along with a detailed plan of exercises to continue improving.
