I'll be fair with this review. I worked with Gordon Grout, who I found through Move South with Annie. Both Annie and Innovate Real Estate were on my home listing. I found Gordon through emailing Annie's website. Listed the home and sold my home through them so that part went fine. The first offer we had was a cash offer, and we took it. That party bailed on the deal and they owed me several hundred dollars as part of them backing out. I reached out to Gordon numerous times about receiving that money.
