I had a fascial stretch therapy session with Chanelle and it was great! I'd never done any sort of stretch therapy or massage before so I didn't know what to expect and now I'm definitely a convert. I actually went on a super long walk that day (19km!) and my leg was sore when I went in— but at the end of the stretch the soreness was gone! Chanelle is super nice, calming, and attentive, and she showed me some stretches to do at home in between sessions to help my longterm mobility progress. I'll definitely be back!

Chanelle is the best massage therapist I’ve encountered, by far. I always feel like a new person after a session with her. In addition to providing wonderful care, you can also learn a lot from her about how your body works and how to treat specific issues at home! I highly recommend her services.
I highly recommend Bethany! I enjoyed a 45 minute fascial stretch therapy session. She really took her time to understand my main areas of tension and used her expertise to deftly move me, this way and that way, so that my hips and legs felt so much lighter and eased of tension after the session.
