I have made more than 20 maintenance request in the four months that I've lived on Johell Aponte's rental property. Johell Aponte IS A CRIMINAL AND SLUMLORD AND SHOULD BE IN JAIL. I gave him $12,000 cash in order to get into a safe clean rental house as I was moving into a new city. Instead I got a house that the toilets had no wax rings all the breakers needed to be completely replaced, the roof leaks the garage floods the fireplace is separated so far from the roof that the ceiling bows when it rains and more.
