Renter beware!! Just when you think you found a great deal for a storage unit and you go into the office to pay for it, you're hit with a $30 administrative fee! Then they LIE to your face and tell you that you MUST buy their TPI insurance!! I found in the lease agreement that it is not required and it is optional, so apparently they're getting bonuses on top of their $30 administrative!!
