DO NOT!!!!! Use move it mobility. His name is Danny May. He did not deliver the scooter and kept the money. Then took the money from my credit card again. he is a theif!! I have found out that he does it all the time. He is starting another company in Florida with another mug. but dont forget his name DANNY MAY
Rented from Danny in sept. while on vacation. and he went the extra mile to get us 2 scooters. However, it has been a nightmare since. In late Nov. he began charging my credit card again for unknown reasons, won't answer the phone and as of jan. 25th has charged my credit card again for another $300.00!!!!! My cc company is once again disputing all of these charges and I have had to cancel my card. Danny May and Move It Mobility have ripped us off, along with many other people.Danny May who owns Move It Mobility has taken countless thousands of dollars in advanced orders for Mobility Scooter Rental in Orlando, only to never bring the scooter to us or the other people. Then, when we try to get him on the phone, no one ever answers or emails us back.Avoid Danny May and Move It Mobility at all costs. It is one big scam!!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Company charged my credit card twice for the same transaction and NEVER delivered rented scooter and NEVER returned phone calls or emails! I contacted my CC company and disputed ALL charges. This resulted in having to rent another scooter for our Disney trip and very easily ruined our family vacation!
Made a reservation in July for rental during my December Disney vacaton. They charged my credit card for the full amount on 7/2/12. Danny May and Move it Mobility/Orlando golf cart rental never delivered and has not given me 1cent of a refund yet. And they do not return phone calls. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off!
