I'm very disappointed with the Disney Vacation Club website. I haven’t been able to log in, and the password recovery process is completely ineffective. It directs you to call an 800 number for help, but no one answers—apparently due to the holidays. Isn’t this supposed to be a vacation resort? Shouldn’t support be available during the holidays, when members are most likely to travel? I've been a DVC member for over 15 years, and sadly, the website hasn't improved at all in that time. DVC members for almost a decade. For anyone thinking about a membership, DO NOT JOIN. Membership has no privileges. Can’t get an extra pillow, a 4 o’clock check in means “only up to an hour late,” and need an extra blanket…don’t ask. You will be treated with less courtesy and respect than people who just pay a daily rate. Honestly, I wouldn’t even do that.
