I have been training with Dr B for over 9 years and having someone who holds you accountable for your fitness is the add value. Left to my own devices, I will not be where I am today meaning exercising 4 times a week. In addition, Dr B is a fun trainer. You will not be bored 🥱
Dr B is the best he improved my body strength and now I am a more healthy person and I have a lot of fun working out with him.
I started seeing Dr. B for back pain four years ago. I joined his strength training classes at that time. Since then I'm feeling stronger, I've lost weight, and also have toned up. For a middle aged guy, this is terrific. I highly recommend Dr. B for not only his great chiropractor care, but also for his specialized fitness training.
I have gone to Burnie Williams for nearly 20 years. I went because I knew I was out-of-whack due to working heavy construction. The single most profound thing he did for me at the beginning, is have me get orthotics for my work boots. Between the orthotics and his adjustments, he kept me out of discomfort through the years. Only reason I will no longer be using his services is do to us moving to Texas. I strongly recommend Burnie Williams as a choice of chiropractor.
