Outstanding! I had to use it to believe it. The app asked a few questions and I had a price. I called to make sure, it was legit. They have full time people answering the phones and Lisa was very helpful. The movers were careful, clean and professional. Will use again and again.
Guys, I had the move from hell. I was supposed to close on a Tuesday at 1030 so I had Move 24/7 set up to come at 8am that day. At 3.45pm on Monday the day before I find out it's not happening now until Friday. I immediately call and it's NO PROBLEM! How fantastic. Well then on Tuesday around 11am I find out yes, let's close tomorrow. Ughhh no way it's going to happen to get movers this late in the game. Nope, Move 24/7 did it. I was leary to use the app but I did and it was like magic. My driver and helper showed up, did an amazing job, they were like white collar guys but movers. I will use this again and again.
24/7 was great and communication was awesome. I knew where they were and when theyâd arrive. They had an awkward and heavy piece to move up a lot of stairs. Very satisfied and very professional movers. Call them if in need.
Mike and Mathew were very professional, careful, quick, and very personable which I found refreshing. The cost was below other companies and the 'tracking feature' was a bonus and greatly appreciated. Will definitely recommend 24/7 to friends!
The movers were incredibly prompt and polite and efficient. They moved a super heavy old elliptical up a wooden fire escape in no time at all! I am extremely satisfied and impressed with this service. I'd recommend them to anyone! Especially given how extremely reasonable the price was!
The gps tracking was great! I saw my mover Mike turn down the wrong street! ð He still showed up On time and did an amazing job. Iâll use Move 24/7 for every move and delivery from now on!
