MOV on Main has transformed how I view fitness! This gym started as a small gen access space and has converted into a fully functional gym designed to improve strength, burn fat, and increase mobility! These guys are professional!
The staff at Mov on Main is fantastic. They aren't just a one size fits all workout for their members. They take the time to evaluate your abilities (and weaknesses) and work out a routine based on that. Each week adds a little more of a push. (Thanks Brian) They have a nutrition individual who takes the time to explain not only what is the best for you food-wise but also WHY!! It isn't just "because I said so". Been going for over 2 months now. Place feels like a second home. Trainers and staff are incredibly friendly and great. Workouts are challenging but definitely doable. Everyone is so nice and it never seems too busy. Highly recommend and love coming here.
