I'd give zero stars if I could, but I at already enjoyed the garden tub. The owner has anger issues, I could hear him yelling at the neighbor on the first floor numerous times about ridiculous things. We were there a bit after COVID and so we're able to obtain renters assistance which paid him three months total. He got 6 months paid. Yet, he was at our door demanding money. He actually assaulted my bf over it with our new born baby there! Cops were called and everything! Then refused payment in order to evict us for non pay... read more

I had a wonderful experience for my 5 month stay. It was a very convenient and uncomplicated process for viewing and renting out the apartment. This apartment renter offers the best rate in the area that my husband and I could find. Also, he was very attentive to any problems we had, and it was no challenge to contact him.
