I had the absolute worst experience here today. I went in with a full head of thick, long hair that I’ve been growing out for 6 years now, because I always had bad experiences with haircuts and would have to chop it in order to save it. The same thing happened to me today. I went to see, Melanie. I asked for long layers but I wanted to keep as much length as possible. Asking for minimal cutting and for my hair to be thinned out because it was so thick and heavy. I left with practically no hair. She cut way too many short lay... read more

Melanie is an extremely talented hairdresser who has been a part of our team for several years and we certainly know that she was capable of getting it right. RecommendedI came in a few months back with gross box dyed dark brown damaged hair, I had a dream to go platinum and these girls made it happen!!! They are always realistic and helpful with your hair goals, I love it here so much I fly down from Raleigh NC just to see my favorite girls! Would recommend 10/10
