I highly recommend this dentist office. I was unexpectedly let go of my job and my benefits were ending at the end of the month and my current deals couldn’t get me in before my benefits and I was able to connect with mouthpiece. Dental explain my situation and they were able to get me in. They helped me manage what my insurance would cost us and my FSA card would cost help me get and cover work that I needed done before my benefits ran out. I was in the office with my son and was not feeling well at all. After being fresh out of hospital. The staff was friendly and very concerned about my health and assisted with my son to help me. They got me fans water and everything else I could have needed. After a few minutes in the restroom to calm down and cool off. Business as usual. ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY . I had a great experience with the mouthpiece service at Midtown Dental Office. Working with Brandy made the entire process so much easier. She was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel very comfortable, especially since I’m someone who deals with anxiety when it comes to dental visits.
