Mouthpiece Dental Office is convenient to my location. I would like to acknowledge Mr. Denareo Williams. He is a professional with such warm greetings. Mr. Denareo Williams, explained my upcoming procedure well. Also, his willingness to answer my questions helped to alleviate my stress. However, I will need other visits to accomplish my goal. I'm most thankful for Mr. Williams patience, and knowledge. Which are a value set of qualities to any employer.
I just had a new patient appointment and they are wonderful! Everyone is so kind, and Ashley did an amazing job! Highly recommend!
Scheduled for a root canal and took off work. Not one person called or stated that I need to pay almost $400 out of pocket ! This should have been conveyed prior to my appointment. Well, it wasn’t and the I guess office manager states she told me that! A lie. Period point blank. It was never discussed at all ! Bad business. Wasted my time, an appointment that another person could have used. And this is In-network out of pocket
The appointment went wonderfully, loved the staff and the space. I would highly recommend the practice, as long as you have insurance lol
While the basic checkup I received was fine, unfortunately my experience with the billing department made this an unpleasant experience. I was an in-network patient with Cigna, who fully covers all Class 1 (basic preventative) care. No deductible required. I was surprised to hear then, at my appointment, that they expected a $50 deductible. I pulled up my insurance documents and tried to explain that this is in-network, and is fully covered, but the system insisted that I pay the deductible.
