I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. I bring ALL of my children here as well. I’ve noticed the past few times I’ve came, it gets worse and worse. This will be my very last time coming here! The wait time is absolutely ridiculous! You have to pay for parking in the area but they give you 1 free hour. You will spend that 1 hour waiting! I had an 11:00 appointment, got here at 10:38am. Mouthpiece Dental Office is convenient to my location. I would like to acknowledge Mr. Denareo Williams. He is a professional with such warm greetings. Mr. Denareo Williams, explained my upcoming procedure well. Also, his willingness to answer my questions helped to alleviate my stress. However, I will need other visits to accomplish my goal. I'm most thankful for Mr. Williams patience, and knowledge. Which are a value set of qualities to any employer.

Scheduled for a root canal and took off work. Not one person called or stated that I need to pay almost $400 out of pocket ! This should have been conveyed prior to my appointment. Well, it wasn’t and the I guess office manager states she told me that! A lie. Period point blank. It was never discussed at all ! Bad business. Wasted my time, an appointment that another person could have used. And this is In-network out of pocket
