When we were expecting our first child, all the parents we spoke with told us Dr. Moussa was the pediatrician we wanted. We've been seeing her for nine and a half years, and we couldn't be more pleased with her care. As a doctor, she is thorough and thoughtful—from the big things, like congenital heart disease, to the small, like bedwetting—and her knowledge and kindness are unrivaled. We highly recommend this provider and are so grateful to have her as our children's provider.
Highly recommend Dr. Moussa. She's friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned with her patients . She helped diagnose my kid with an eye issue. The issue is the office environment is lacking especially if it's your first time. If you don't focus on the lobby and the curt interaction of the front desk, they have great doctors. Other doctor's we've had great interactions are Dr. Lloyd, Dr. Goldberg and Dr. Johnson is a great up and comer. Haven't had interactions with the other younger doctors.
We had a terrible experience with this practice. The doctor cancelled the appointment we waited weeks to get the day of the appointment on two occasions. On one of these occasions, we were in the office and waited through the lunch hour and then they said they wouldn't see us because the doctor was too busy. Then they didn't want to refund the co-pay and made us wait until the office manager returned from lunch to get a refund. We made an appointment to get a vaccine and they had none.
Dr. Moussa is the best doctor I've ever had. She's been my children's doctor for 16 years. Sometimes you have a wait time but that's because she takes time to talk to her patients. She honestly cares!! I love her and trust her completely with my kids.
Waited over an hour before I got up and left, didn't even get to see the doctor. Understandable to have a small wait at a doctors office but over an hour for babies/toddlers/children is insane! Not to mention the staff at the front desk was extremely rude! Will not be returning.
