These folks have gone the extra mile to be sure my new computer is up and running with all my business and personal needs. They made several trips to my office (which is in my home) and took care of everything. I've been using Mouse Calls for years and have always had great service but this latest went over the top. I am glad that you have moved some closer despite the fact that I had rather take poison than go to Cool Springs! My laptop is working far better since it was in for a month out there! I've been waiting for a call back on a question for longer than that. I signed up for the special service,too! When I saw that you were moving, I figured that I got lost in the commotion. I'll try again as I have another one.
Mousecalls did about a $99 tuneup on my computer but told me as I paid for the work that I would need a new computer immediately because my operating system would be abandoned and unsafe in a week. Alan Reeves, the owner, said his technician erred by not informing me before a tuneup was done, but I am still out the money. He offered me coupons and to buy another computer from him.
