They were helpful and easy to communicate with. I did not buy there because a deal came available with a local individual.
They did respond quickly but if I email a question I like to get an answer. I don't have time for a lot of back and forth so I didn't even respond to their return email since it didn't address the specifics I requested. I didn't feel as though they were being direct so I didn't pursue the car. Too bad for them I had cash in hand and bought a different car the next week. Just be straight with the customer I can deal with some imperfections when I'm looking for a used car.
Quick and friendly service. We didn't purchase the Miata, but did get a great deal on another vehicle.
