Absolutely horrible service! Was told they would stay until job was finished after me being unable to wait until Monday to have my hot water heater repaired. Asked that I be called when they were 20 mins out since I was working and they couldnt give me time on when they would be here. Older gentleman shows up unannounced. Very rude to teenage daughter. Had to use their services per our HSA home warranty. Our tub had low hot water pressure. First time they came and couldn't fix it, had to come again after two weeks. On their second visit they told us the issue could not be solved unless they broke the wall to gain access to the system, which we decided not to do. Very quick & clean! They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again!
Amazingly fast professional service, reasonable rates, took the time to do the job properly without stalling to make more money. Had to remove our toilet and cleaned up and disposed of the leftovers leaving me with just minor clean up and decontamination which was above and beyond anything I could have expected. 10/10 would recommend and use again!!!
