They made me an appointment transposed a digit on my insurance member number over the phone & then sent me away refusing to contact the insurance at the time of arrival to verify it was still active under the correct number. Even tho I was 30 minutes early for arrival & there were no other people present. She was just to lazy & rude to be bothered to verify the insurance of a patient in extreme pain with an infection the referring provider said may need a procedure asap & had put me on days of antibiotics to try to help beca... read more
