Everyone was so incredibly nice, so helpful, and fast. My little girl was well taken care of, as was I!
With in 20 minutes of my arrival I was registered, blood drawn, X-Ray taken, EKG done, meds given & received breathing treatment. This is what I classify as "Service Excellence". I hope I do not have to be rushed to the hospital again, but if I do I will insist on being taken here. The nurses, my doctor, the techs were all extremely attentive, caring, gentle, kind and professional. The best E.R room I ever visited, clean.and friendly they took me in within 5 min no waiting time. I was checked in within an hr the nurses where so friendly and caring..Thank you for the TLC you gave me. And the ICU nurse Cristi was so informed and compassionate didn't leave my side for to long always poping her head to make sure I was ok... THANK YOU FOR YOU CARE XOXO
From check to discharge, the staff was amazing and made my surgery go more smoother and less stressful. They were attentive to my needs as well as keeping my husband inform with what was going on with me. My nurse Cindy in recovery was so comforting and took such good care of me. I've had my son here 11yrs ago and the quality of service has improved from registration to recovery.
These guys were great ! I had a couple K Stones this morning and rolled into the ER here. Everyone from the ladies that helped me check in to Maureen the amazing nurse that helped me and of course the Dr. Was super nice professional and awesome. Thank you guys !
Took my grandson in right away. Took 30 min we were in and out with diagnosis and all. WOW never seen it take that quick. love it.
