Did not wrap broken wrist properly. Did not explain anything wrong or any precautions. Let someone train on me while no one else supervised. Leaving my hand practically black from a blood pressure cuff right above my hand with an iv. Very disappointed. Last resort hospital for sure.

The er was horrible but since I been in a Room I my nurses on the 4 th floor are so amazing and sweet

I wasn't impressed but I wasn't disappointed. My mother-in-law had surgery yesterday to have her gallbladder removed. Checking in was swift. She waited normal time (2 hours) to get taken to surgery. Not uncommon. We were able to be with her during that time. What did surprise me was we weren't able to be with her when she was in recovery. At the very least her husband should've been able to go in. We didn't get to see her until they had us bring the car around. We didn't like that. My husband had an outpatient surgery yesterday. Everything was wonderful through every step from check in to discharge. All done with a smile. I loved that I was able to sit with him in pre-op to alleviate the tension.

They took really good care of my son yesterday get him back to normal and was able to go home

Mal servicio no lo recomiendo a nadie te pone en los pasillos por más 15 horas aun que tengas azeguraza en espera !!!!
