First, I want to start off with I work in the medical field. Nobody more than me understands the over worked and understaffed issue this valley is suffering from. However, this entire hospital has been atrociously horrid during my grandmother's time there. MY grandma fell Wednesday morning. We brought her to the ER at 7am and were told we had to wait in the waiting room. My grandma is 85 years old. I was at this hospital for a major surgery hysterectomy, sling and repair Sept. 8, 2020. I waited over an hour to be called in into the prep room. Sept. 4 I was called in for pre registration that took 2 hours.The door person name Claudia was extremely unprofessional. The 3 nurses I had was so lazy i would call and they don't come I wait 1 to 2 hours, nurse Quyen, Brianna and Kate were worthless. They don't allow family in the room because of covid but they allow family in the prep area. A family member could have taken care... read more
