I went to this facility this morning in hopes of being seen for a sinus infection. I was told that the doctor won't see me for sickness, and I need to visit an Urgent Care. Mind you, this is my FAMILY doctor, and I was REFUSED service. I have gone to this doctor for at least ten years. Instead of paying a 20 dollar co-pay, I had to pay 50 dollars to an Urgent Care that knows nothing about me. This is unacceptable to me. I've been going there for years, I've never had a problem. Very professional and courtesy staff. Love being able to just walk in without an appointment.
