This hospital is by far the best I have ever used fr my pets. The are courteous and caring and professional without being cold. They have a genuine concern for every animal that walks through their door. I can be a real pain with asking questions and Dianne has always answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. When I had to have my dog put to sleep, they were very caring and sympathetic. After the procedure, they send me a sympathy card. That in my estimation shows how much they care.
