Just had a new metal roof installed. Results: outstanding! The work crew was exceptional: hard workers; fast workers; considerate workers. We believe we have received a wonderful product: two downpours a day after installation showed no problems yet a delightful experience watching the rain flow in a quick exit out the new gutters! Could not be happier with the results. Thanks Mountaintop!!
Couldn’t be happier with the roof! Interlocking tiles on our 110 year old beach cabin in Manzanita. Looks made for the place! Everyone we worked with was outstanding and professional. We are as pleased as can be about our new roof from Mountaintop. We interviewed and got bids from 4 companies when we decided to replace our composition roof with a metal roof. We chose Mountaintop principally because they offered an aluminum shingle we liked for style and color. They were not the low bidder nor the highest. We interviewed several roofing contractors, for both asphalt and metal shingle. We knew metal shingles would cost roughly twice what asphalt would. We are counting on it paying off in the life of the roof which should be more than twice that of asphalt shingles. Two aluminum shingle quotes were competitive and one was twice what the others were for what we felt was an unattractive product. We had a wonderful experience with Mountaintop Metal Roofing. I waited to write this review because I wanted to experience the new roof (and in particular the new venting) in both cold and hot weather. We selected this company because we were interested in metal shingles, we liked their warranty, and also how they do the venting.
