Miles is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and always on time and willing to walk with you. He worked on our old RV and did a call support for our new RV free of charge. Will to meet in Kamloops since we live out of town. Really to have him do some work on the awning.
Terrible customer service. We waited all day by our phone for Miles to show up. He gave us a window of 9-11 am. At 10:45 we called him to see if he was coming. He claimed he phoned us and was pissed off we didn’t answer. We told him he must have had the wrong number as our phone didn’t ring all morning and if it had it would have shown a missed call. He told us we were liers and didn’t want us as customers. He waisted our time as well, he also had our address and could have easily just come by the house as well are very cent... read more
