Terrible customer service. We waited all day by our phone for Miles to show up. He gave us a window of 9-11 am. At 10:45 we called him to see if he was coming. He claimed he phoned us and was pissed off we didn’t answer. We told him he must have had the wrong number as our phone didn’t ring all morning and if it had it would have shown a missed call.
