Cory did an amazing job on our Pig. I've had so many bad experiences in the past with other processers in the valley, so decided to try Mountainside since he is local. He suggested which cuts he thought would be best with the size of our pig. He had a great turn around time. So far we've tried the Ribs, Pork Chops and the Bacon which is phenomenal. We'll definitely be using Mountainside from now on.
Mountainside processing did a great job processing my steer and deer. They recommend certain cuts that I wasnt familiar with that turned out great. they were timely and responsive.
