I’ve had a great experience at this gym. It’s always extremely clean, from the workout floors to the locker rooms, which makes a huge difference when you’re there regularly. The equipment is well maintained and everything feels organized and professional. The customer service is what really stands out. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I love a gym where the employees are so helpful and full of energy. Antonio was a bright spot today. He was at the front desk greeting everyone, checking us in and somehow I felt his energy to start my workout. Thank you Antonio for your cheerful ways!!!
My family and I were so glad to sign-up with Mountainside Fitness at Arrowhead. Since the moment we walked in, the staff has been very welcoming, helpful and professional! Everytime we come in, the front staff remembers are names, welcomes us with a smile and are always there to help. Dominic Flores is the man! He takes the time to reach out to us to say hello and make sure we are set to go. The gym itself is very clean and have great equipment. We so enjoy coming into this gym!!! The whole staff is the best!!!
