I’ve had a great experience at this gym. It’s always extremely clean, from the workout floors to the locker rooms, which makes a huge difference when you’re there regularly. The equipment is well maintained and everything feels organized and professional. The customer service is what really stands out. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Probably one of the best gyms I have had the pleasure to be a member at. Ty Lewis was incredibly helpful, kind, and clear while showing me around and explaining everything about the membership. Easy to work with and not pushy at all. The facility is very nice with every machine you could ask for and then some. Which can be overwhelming if youre not a pro. I’ve been practicing yoga and working out at Mountainside Fitness for over 12 years, and my experience has consistently been excellent. The yoga studio and gym equipment are always clean, and I’m greeted both when I arrive and when I leave. The staff is consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. I’ve been going here for 2 years and I haven’t thought about switching gyms at all! It’s always clean, there’s so much room to work out inside and outside, and I love the sauna and ice bath. Ayla is my favorite staff member to see. She always has a bright smile and great attitude :)

Great gym. I have never seen such clean lower walls and baseboards. The locker room and restroom were top notch, and the steam room was great. I think Mr Hatten would be thrilled to know how great this establishment is being run. Thanks Nicole at MSR for a great customer experience.
