I don’t like posting a negative review but after my last interaction and our experience today I feel it is warranted. I addressed my concerns during our previous visits, being a very long time customer, and felt dismissed. Today was an opportunity for Mountainside to rectify an issue and rebuild a relationship. Instead excuses were made and no ownership for overlooking an item(s) or respecting our time. From now on I will be taking my vehicles somewhere else.
New and very satisfied customer. The business came highly recommended as I am new to the area and determined to support local business. The staff are welcoming , explain clearly and provide expert opinions. The family operated business gave me confidence knowing their family history and knowledge. I am so pleased to have my new tires for peace of mind. I appreciated the honesty and overall amazing customer service. Thank you for the outstanding service I experienced today. I recently brought my car to Mountainside Auto Tech, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. They booked me in quickly, communicated clearly, and laid out my options without pressure. Jeff was particularly helpful - patient, honest, and respectful of the fact that I needed time to make a decision.
