We were cared for in the ER by the best nurse ever, Michelle, compassionate and astute knew what was happening without being told. She was sweet, caring and funny. Off to the OR - Dr. Walker amazing, Dr Aaron so positive and energetic and the nurses sweet, funny. This hospital is warm, friendly and the views beautiful the care amazing!!! Thank you one and all. We won't go anywhere else
Until yesterday, other than going to our local hospital for routine blood work directly at the lab, I have not needed hospital care since our son was born. I was nervous and scared to go in to the ER yesterday for a 2nd degree burn I had but I must say, the level of empathy and professionalism at Mountains Community Hospital was beyond my expectations. Was taken care of quickly at admit, nurse was professional, iv and blood draw almost painless. Dr. Quickly came in and have me much needed pain relief and issued tests. Was so well cared for. Luckily it was diagnosed as something treatable. Would go back there again. Lucky to have this hospital on the mountain!
Filthy, dismissed,not given any treatment in 4 hours...fell in the bathroom alone after I told them I was dizzy and having hallucinations. I will be taking action.
