Mountaineer came out and did a site survey on Dec 10 2020, stated my quote would be to me the following Monday. No quote contacted again on the 30th of Dec. Representative apologized and stated it would be to me the following Saturday. I feel I went above and beyond by contacting a second time. Cannot say I could trust them as they were not even able.to give me a final quote.
