Pharmacy is very unhelpful and unprofessional. When I had a medication denied from insurance that should’ve been approved I asked why they said they didn’t know and I ended up paying full price. I called my insurance and they said they told the pharmacy it was because the medicine needed to be through a speciality pharmacy and would’ve been covered.
