Mountaineer Pest Services never disclosed to me that they were having me sign a one year contractual agreement. The representative of their company gave me the price for the individual services and had me sign the receipt without ever verbally telling me that it was a contract or pointing out on the paper that I was signing some sort of contractual agreement.
