I've lost track of the amount of people who I've talked to that bought a different brand because of the horrible sales staff at this dealer.
Difficult getting my bike in for service over the past two years. Either the techs are not available, master tech has left the position, or no one answers the phone. Previous messages are never returned. I have had to travel about an hour and a half to get my bike serviced at other dealerships.
Was in town on vacation visiting family. Dad wanted to look at what they had and buy a new shirt. He loves riding bikes. The staff was night so pleasant. Had to wait a while just to find someone to pay for the shirt. He got his shirt and I doubt I will be back in there when we return.
